Therabreath Oral Rinse - The Bad Breath Mouthwash That Actually Works

By Georgina Sweeney

If you brush your teeth and floss everyday but still can't get rid of bad breath, it's time to consider adding a bad breath mouthwash to your daily regime.

Since most commercial mouthwashes contain alcohol (which dries out your mouth and can make your problem worse), be sure to use a mouthwash that is alcohol-free and is clinically proven to kill bad breath - otherwise you may simply be masking your breath with a minty smell!

The bad breath mouthwash that I personally use and recommend is called Therabreath Oral Rinse. It contains a special oxygenating agent called OXYD-8 that targets the anaerobic bacteria responsible for causing breath odor. These bacteria live on and beneath the surface of the tongue and cannot survive in the presence of oxygen. That's why it makes so much sense to add oxygen into their environment and ensure they no longer produce embarrassing smells.

In addition to being alcohol-free, Therabreath Oral Rinse is also free of saccharin, sodium chlorate and benzalkonium chloride.

It's easy to use. Instead of rinsing with water after you brush and floss your teeth, you simply rinse with this clinical solution once in the morning and again last thing at night. (The added benefit of using it at night is that you eliminate bad morning breath also).

Use 1-2 capfuls and gargle thoroughly. Try to let the oral rinse reach as far back in your throat as possible without gagging. Gargle for at least 30 seconds, or as long as you can. And that's it. Bad breath gone. Confidence restored.
